AWFS fair, which alternates with the IWF Atlanta each year, once again proved to be the most frequented event for the North American woodworking industry. The continuing good economic situation in the USA again led numerous national and international trade fair visitors to the gambling metropolis of Nevada.

With the help of a great concept, this year’s AWFS has also been another great success for MKT. The combination of a nice exhibition booth, the presentation of innovative products and especially the general high expertise about edge banding material were important key factors for a strong performance. Not only the ever growing number of existing customers, but also many new interested companies have been positive about MKT’s inventiveness, know-how and service in addition to the high quality ALPHA-TAPE® products.

Besides many high-performance ABS and PP edge banding variants, an important role played once again MKT’s special product for all zero-joint technologies: ALPHA-TAPE ZERO®. We were proud to hear that quite a few customers and interested parties called our edge banding solution to be one of the best of its kind in the industry.
