Announcement of change in sales management
At the beginning of the year, we would like to announce a change in sales management at MKT.
After more than ten years of highly successful work, Ms. Anja Udhardt (45) will leave the company on April 30, 2026, to pursue new professional opportunities within the industry. In her role as sales director, she has played a key role in developing and positioning our company. With a high level of personal commitment, strong leadership skills and in-depth market and product knowledge, she has sustainably developed MKT’s sales strategy. We would like to sincerely thank Ms. Udhardt for her many years of outstanding work.
At the same time, we are pleased to announce that we have found a qualified successor at an early stage. Mr. Lars Gestring (50) will join the company on February 1, 2026 and will take over daily operations on March 1, 2026 after one month of transition. He will then officially take up the position as Sales Director on May 1, 2026. Mr. Gestring has many years of industry experience, including companies such as Continental (formerly Hornschuch) in the foil sector or Jowat and Homag. With his technical expertise and understanding of market requirements, he is ideally qualified to continue the successful development of MKT.
The transition has been carefully planned to ensure continuity, reliability and close cooperation for our customers and business partners at all times.
