Basierend auf dem ökologisch unbedenklichen Werkstoff PP vereint Alpha-Tape® brilliance Einzigartigkeit und höchste Qualität in unnachahmlicher Art und Weise. Ein äußerst effizientes Produktionsverfahren ermöglicht es MKT dabei, dem Kunden einen Mehrwert durch die Kombination von unverwechselbarem Design und Wirtschaftlichkeit zu bieten.
Alpha-Tape® brilliance eröffnet höchste Transparenz und durch die rückseitige Bedruckung eine unvergleichliche Brillanz gepaart mit dem Effekt einer dreidimensionalen Optik. Durch diesen speziellen Aufbau von Alpha-Tape® brilliance und durch ein dekorgleiches Druckbild ist der Übergang von Kante und Platte perfekt und nahezu unsichtbar. Dieses besondere Verfahren bietet dabei noch zusätzlich einen vollständigen Schutz des Druckbildes vor mechanischer Beschädigung.
Der Glanzgrad von Alpha-Tape® brilliance ist bereits ab Werk MKT auf Kundenwunsch – von matt bis hochglänzend – durch Oberflächenlackierung individuell konfigurierbar und muss nicht erst durch aufwändige Arbeitsgänge im Betrieb des Kunden zusätzlich definiert werden. Darüber hinaus machen eine uneingeschränkte BAZ–Fähigkeit sowie die Einsetzbarkeit aller gängigen PP-Reinigungsmittel Alpha-Tape® brilliance zu einer bedeutenden ökonomischen Alternative zu Acryl-Kanten.

Based on the environmentally neutral material PP, Alpha-Tape® brilliance combines uniqueness and highest quality in a matchless manner. An extremely efficient production process enables MKT to offer an added value to the customer by the combination of distinctive design and economic efficiency.
Next to a three-dimensional optic Alpha-Tape® brilliance provides a high level of transparency and, by the reverse printing of the décor, an incomparable brilliance of the edge banding. Thanks to the special structure of Alpha-Tape® brilliance, in combination with the matched décor, makes the transition between edge and board perfect and almost invisible. Over and above, this special structure also offers a perfect protection of the printed design against mechanical damage.
The gloss level of Alpha-Tape® brilliance – from matt to high gloss – can be individually determined according to customer’s request and will make additional and extensive processing in the customers company redundant. Moreover there is an unlimited capacity for the use of Alpha-Tape® brilliance on a machining centre and all current PP cleaning agents are applicable. So Alpha-Tape® brilliance is a significant economic alternative to common acrylic edge bandings.
