Unsere digitale Ausmusterung ist ein auf die Produktionsbedingungen von MKT eingemessenes Verfahren zur Erstellung farbverbindlicher, produktionsnaher Proofs (Simulationsmuster). Die angeschlossene Datenbank beinhaltet alle Druckwalzendekore und Farbrezepturen von MKT. So ist dieses System zur Colorierung für den Tiefdruck softwareseitig optimal an die Anforderungen und Bedingungen unseres Farblabors und der Produktion angepasst. Für optimale Farbkontinuität und absolute Wiederholgenauigkeit bei jeder Nachbestellung sorgt das MKT Kanten-Archiv, unser computergestütztes Farb- und Rezeptur-Management.

Sie senden uns Ihr original Platten-Muster zu und MKT fertigt für Sie einen digitalen, produktionsidentischen Proof exakt nach Vorgabe. Die Dekorausarbeitung basiert auf der Auswahl der Druckwalzen, der Farbstellung des Werkstoffs und der Anpassung der Farbrezepturen. Durch eine Kombination der verschiedenen Druckwalzen und Farbrezepturen können wir gerne auch mehrere Varianten zum Original vorstellen. Der Proof wird auf Spezialpapier ausgedruckt und liegt in kürzester Zeit vor. Das Verfahren ist vom Produktionsprozess unabhängig, die zeit- und kostenaufwendige konventionelle Bemusterung entfällt.

Our digital prototyping system is a levelled process based on the production requirements of MKT to develop color combining, production simulated proofs. The connected databank contains all our print roller patterns and color compositions. Thus, the software for the gravure printing coloring system is optimally configured to the specifications and requirements of our color laboratory and the production at MKT. The MKT edge archive, the company's computer aided color and recipe management, ensures optimal color continuity and absolutely exact repeatability for every reorder.

You send us your original plate sample and MKT produces for you a digital, production-identical proof exactly according to specifications. The pattern composition is based on the choice of print rollers, color conditions of the material and the matching of the color compositions. Through a certain combination of the various print rollers and color combinations we can happily present several versions of the original. The proof is printed out on special paper and is produced in a short amount of time. The procedure is independent from the production process, so the conventional time consuming and costly prototype technical-release procedure is omitted.
